Is buying online safe?
Yes. Rest assured your session in our website is firmly protected by SSL encryption, as seen in your address bar (the lock sign). This means your information is secure, and you won’t have to worry about 3rd parties snooping in on your details.
Our online payment is handled by PayPal, which is one of the most reliable payment gateways online.
How do I order?
You may order by using our website’s e-commerce platform and simply navigate to the item you want, choose your size, and follow through the checkout process. Be sure to indicate your real info for a successful delivery.
Do you accept international orders?
Yes. While limited, we do international orders. Our current international destinations are available upon checkout, and are handled primarily by DHL or FedEx.
How do I pay?
We accept different mode of payments – credit card, Paypal, and bank transfer. You are eligible to pick which one is most comfortable to you. For a faster and easier transaction, we encourage to pay via Paypal, which also accepts credit cards.
Know that our site is SSL encrypted, so your information is safe. At the same time, any transaction with PayPal is automatically secured by PayPal itself.
For bank transactions, our bank is Banco de Oro Unibank (BDO). Payment instructions and information will be sent with the order confirmation in your email. Note that there’s a PHP and a USD account. If you’re from the Philippines, use the PHP account. Otherwise, kindly use the USD.
How long will it take to get my package?
Delivery time varies. Domestic customers should receive their orders within 2-7 business days. Our international clientele should receive theirs as early as 3 days, dependent on the courier’s timeline.
Please be aware that holidays and acts of nature can affect delivery date.
How do I track my order?
The status of your order can be tracked under your account here on the website, or via the tracking page. At the same time, any status change to your order will be confirmed via your email.
As for your actual order’s location, you will be provided a tracking number, which is provided by the courier itself. You may track your order via the couriers’ respective tracking pages.
My size isn't available.
The sizes we have available are published online. If you can’t find your size, chances are it’s been sold out. Note that our gear is primarily based on American (US) Sizing. Our size chart can be accessed here.
Do you have a kids' line?
Love Army Scoutsย โข will be solidified soon. For now, we occasionally procure children’s sizing, only upon request.
