Our nationwide orders in the Philippines are being processed by couriers such as, but not limited to, LBC, Xend, KwikMove, and J&T Express. Once a courier picks up the orders, Metro Manila should expect their orders within 3-5 business days, while provincial and the rest of the nation are scheduled to receive their goods within 5-7 business days.

Our international orders are processed by DHL or FedEx, as well as USPS for the United States. We are thankful and appreciate the support from our global customers.

    You can pay for your order by sending the money to our PayPal account.
  • Debit / Credit Card
    You may use your debit or credit card through PayPal, which offers a secure and seemless checkout process.
  • Bank transfer
    Payments can be done via bank deposit, or digital bank transfer. We use BDO (Banco de Oro) and Wells Fargo (US only). Philippine customers are encouraged to use the PHP account attached to your order confirmation.
  • Venmo
    For US transactions, we can also accept Venmo payments.
  • Cash
    Cash payments are only available on-site during events. We currently can’t do COD (cash on delivery) arrangements.

All account numbers and profiles are attached to your email confirmations.

Orders will be immediately processed and dispatched upon payment confirmation. We encourage customers to send us a copy of the deposit slip or bank transfer, upon successful transaction to expedite the process.

Returns must be made within 14 days upon receipt of the gear. Items being returned should be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, unworn and unwashed, within the Love Army ecobag it came with.

In a situation where there is a defect on the item, be sure to contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of the item. Refunds are only applicable to defective items, claimed within 48 hours upon receipt as mentioned.

Exchanges are allowed provided the item being exchanged is of equal monetary value as the item in exchange. Sale items are final and are excluded from returns/exchanges.

We are more than willing to accept returns and exchanges as mentioned above. Customer is responsible for shipping charges. Once your return has been received, please allow 7 business days for us to process sending your item in exchange, if applicable.

Sale items are not qualified for returns.
