6. ORDERS

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance by LOVE ARMY.

8. PREORDERS AND BACKORDERS

Estimated production and dispatch dates are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

By placing a preorder or backorder, you acknowledge that fulfillment may take longer than ordinary in-stock purchases.

Production may be affected by manufacturing schedules, material availability, quality control, logistics, customs, supplier circumstances, weather, events, or other circumstances beyond LOVE ARMY’s reasonable control.

9. CANCELLATION

Cancellation rights are subject to the Shipping & Returns Policy, the applicable product listing, and applicable law.

Orders may become non-cancellable once they enter production, fulfillment, customization, or transit.

10. SHIPPING

Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and, for international shipments, complying with applicable import requirements and paying applicable duties, taxes, and other destination charges unless expressly stated otherwise.

11. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, refunds, defective-product claims, and cancellations are governed by the LOVE ARMY Shipping & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

12. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • Product designs;

  • Artwork;
  • Photography;

is owned by LOVE ARMY or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

LOVE ARMY®, its logos, branding, and related marks may not be reproduced, copied, modified, distributed, displayed, or used commercially without prior written authorization.

Third-party intellectual property appearing in licensed or collaborative products remains the property of its respective owners.
